Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy
The policy will not affect most patients as 24 hours notice is kindly provided by the large majority. However The Footstop has recently suffered with a high number of missed appointments and as a result we have had to adapt our policy to ensure our podiatrists are fully compensated for their time.
Our podiatrists work hard to provide accessible opening times with late night and weekend appointments.
If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice to ensure you will not be charged for the appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given you will now be expected to pay the
FULL APPOINTMENT CHARGE.
