Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy

 

This policy will not affect most patients as 24 hours notice is kindly provided by the large majority. Our podiatrists work hard to provide accessible opening times with late night appointments. We have this policy to ensure our podiatrists are fully compensated for their time.

If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice to ensure you will not be charged for the appointment.

If less than 24 hours notice is given you will be expected to pay the

FULL APPOINTMENT CHARGE.

 

If you or anybody in your household develops symptoms of the coronavirus; please contact us and cancel your appointment. This will not incur the typical cancellation charge, but please contact us as soon as possible. You will incur the appointment fee if you do not contact us and do not turn up.

 

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we will not be able to undertake the appointment and you will be charged for the full appointment fee.
